EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Cleere’s practice involves the prosecution of patent and trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the negotiation and preparation of licensing agreements for patented and copyrighted technology. His practice also includes counseling clients on matters related to developing and managing intellectual property portfolios.

Mr. Cleere began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen L. Lansing of the Idaho Court of Appeals. In 2002, he began practicing law in the areas of patent and trademark prosecution; patent, trademark, and copyright litigation; and licensing of patented and copyrighted technology.
